About Infinity Appraisal

Tamara Abernathy has been providing residential real estate valuation services since 2008. She is a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Nevada, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

In addition to her appraisal credentials, Tamara holds an active Nevada Real Estate Salesperson License since 2001. Her more than two decades in the Nevada real estate market provide a broad foundation for understanding residential properties and local market conditions. Her experience includes appraisals for mortgage lending, estate and probate matters, divorce, and other residential valuation needs.

She is a member of the National Association of Appraisers and is committed to delivering credible, well-supported valuations with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Personally you can catch Tamara out and about in Las Vegas trying all the local restaurants, taking in shows, spending time with family and friends. She enjoys volunteering her time with Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity as Alumnae Chapter President of the Las Vegas Alumnae Chapter.

Infinity Appraisal completes appraisal assignments in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, commonly known as USPAP and state law.
